When supplies are sufficient, we can fill bulk orders for 10 or more whole chickens. For smaller, recurring orders please consider joining our CSA, which delivers every other Thursday from April through October. For single-chicken purchases, please visit us at the farmer's market.
Step 1: Reserve
Please contact the farm to place your order. A pre-paid deposit of $15 per chicken is required to confirm your reservation. We'll then give you an estimated "ready" date.
Pricing is weight-dependent and you'll pay the balance upon pickup after your chickens have been weighed. We also offer a "price cap," which is a flat fee for any chicken over a certain weight and effectively reduces the price per pound of larger birds.

Step 2: Plan
Your chickens will be whole, very clean, and very fresh. Feet, heads, necks, livers, and hearts are available upon request.
Chickens are packed in BPA-free shrink-bags that will keep your meat frozen in great condition for 6 months to a year.
Upon request we can make sure that 1-2 of your chickens remain unfrozen, to be eaten immediately. Please note that proper freezing does not compromise meat quality. Your chickens will be frozen at the peak of freshness, and should be indistinguishable from fresh ones once cooked.
Step 3: Pick up
You can pick up your order on the farm, at any of our farmer's market stalls, or from one of our CSA sites when in season.
We'll ask you to confirm that you have available storage space at the time you place your order. Once the birds are ready you MUST take delivery or pick up; we cannot store it for you.
